Delivery in Kuwait
• We deliver orders within 48 hours.
• Local delivery within Kuwait is currently charged at 2.5 KD.
Delivery Outside Kuwait
• Regional and international shipping is not available at the moment.
• We will soon launch GCC and international delivery services. Stay tuned!
Shipping Damage
• If your order arrives damaged, please refuse to sign for it and contact us immediately.
• If you’ve already accepted the delivery and found damage, contact us within 24 hours.
• Please retain all packaging materials for inspection or returns.
• By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
Refund Policy

o You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items.
o Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition (including accessories, labels, and bonus items).

o If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may return it to you without issuing a refund.
o Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error or damage during delivery.
• Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:
o If you decide to return an item due to personal reasons, only the product amount will be refunded.
o The shipping fee will not be refunded, as it has already been incurred.
